UTAH BRAIN INITIATIVE EFFORTS 

The University of Utah has multiple brain initiatives, including: 

The Neuroscience Initiative: Launched by the University of Utah Health, this initiative aims to improve healthcare by deepening the medical community's understanding of the brain. The initiative's goal is to develop and support collaboration across disciplines and between clinicians and researchers. 

The Brain Exercise Initiative: This initiative is part of the Honors College at the University of Utah. 

The University of Utah Department of Neurology's Pediatric TBI project: This project tracks brain activity in children to learn more about how traumatic brain injury (TBI) changes the brain. 

The BRAIN Initiative is a national initiative that aims to: 

Accelerate the development of innovative neurotechnologiesDeepen understanding of the human mindImprove how we treat, prevent, and cure disorders of the brainDevelop new experimental tools to revolutionize our understanding of the brainReveal how individual cells and complex neural circuits interact in both time and space

The BRAIN Initiative is a public-private collaborative effort that includes the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The BRAIN Initiative Alliance coordinates and shares funding opportunities, and helps spread the word about BRAIN advancements

CORRUPT VERSUS NON-CORRUPT GOVERNMENT 

The US & Canadian with EU Coalition of countries & territories despite corrupt areas of the Public - Private + Personal Sectors of the separate countries had worked with Montbatten & Persinger with colleague Koslov then specific teams in the 5 Eyes then separately research & investigations including H.I.3 as developed & made public in an effective organized & disorganized effort for 2016 with updates between 2016-2024   

Springville, UT & areas near Provo south of Salt Lake City are connected to CIG 3 interests alongside specific areas of other States within 100 Million interests connected to over 1 Billion with over 5 Billion connected in the EU - American Coalition countries & territories 

The CIG 3 within & connected as a fair & neutral perspective on global affairs versus biased & unbiased or competitive between other groups within the Public & Private Sectors in past-present conflict 

Despite efforts in most US States then European countries & territories including Canada standards in brain research in Canada are still negligent & lacking especially in Saskatoon & Montreal with progress toward while non-Standardized Labs continue operating within the borders & airspace of Canada 

EU European Union over Commonwealth Member Countries & the USA have the best standards in neurological technology & research while Commonwealth Member Countries lag behind 

The UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & areas of the USA over others are lacking standards & safety in the field of neurological research standards
